These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Afrikan Accent Adventures website and the booking of any safari, tour or service through us.

Bookings & payments

A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received. Full payment is due before travel unless otherwise agreed. Prices are per person and may change until a booking is confirmed.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation terms depend on the itinerary and supplier policies and will be confirmed in writing with your proposal. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

Liability

We act as an agent for accommodation, transport and activity providers and are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
