Afrikan Accent Adventures is an award-winning, Nairobi-based destination management company (DMC) and tour operator, crafting tailor-made safaris across East Africa since 2015. Headquartered at Venus Complex on the Northern Bypass in Nairobi, Kenya, we design and operate journeys throughout Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda and Zanzibar — from the Great Migration river crossings of the Masai Mara to gorilla trekking in Bwindi and Volcanoes, and beach finales on the Indian Ocean coast.
We are not an aggregator booking lodges from a thousand miles away. Our specialists were born and raised on these plains. Every itinerary is designed in-house by East Africans — never outsourced — drawing on personal, on-the-ground relationships with the region’s finest camps, guides, private conservancies and airlines.

What We Stand For:-
Authenticity — We share our home, not just sell safaris. Guests travel with people who know the guide personally, know the camp by name, and time the river crossing to the day.
Bespoke design — No cookie-cutter packages. Every itinerary is built around the traveller’s pace, interests, occasion and budget, and refined until it is exactly right.
Conservation — A portion of every booking supports community and wildlife conservation. We partner with conservancies and local communities so that travel protects what guests come to see.
Safety & reliability — Ground support across four countries, 24/7 in-travel assistance, vetted suppliers, and emergency evacuation cover arrangements through our AMREF partnership.
Why Partner With Us?
Leading international safari brands succeed on the strength of their ground partners. As your East African DMC, Afrikan Accent Adventures gives you the local depth of a specialist with the professionalism, documentation and commercial terms of an international operator.
The Commercial Case
Competitive commissions: Earn on every component of the safaris we curate — accommodation, road and air transfers, park and conservancy fees, gorilla permits, activities and extensions — not just on the lodge bed.
Net-rate contracting: Confidential net rates for tour operators and wholesalers who prefer to mark up rather than take commission.
Tiered growth: Volume-based tiers reward loyal partners: the more you book, the higher your earning level (see Section 4).
Rate access: Long-standing supplier relationships give us preferential rates, allocations and last-minute availability at sought-after camps — pricing you can win with.
Zero cost of entry: No joining fee, no minimum volumes to get started, and no cost to remain a registered partner.
The Product Case
Four countries, one team: One accountable partner for Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda and Zanzibar — multi-country itineraries under a single contract, quote and invoice.
White-label service: Your clients deal with your brand; we operate quietly and expertly in the background. White-label itineraries and unbranded documentation available.
Owned operations: Custom-built 4×4 Land Cruisers, professional multilingual driver-guides, and a standard of vehicle quality we publish and enforce.
Deep specialisation: Great Migration timing, gorilla permit sourcing, malaria-free family routings, honeymoon and photographic specialisms — expertise your clients will notice.
The Service Case
Dedicated partner manager: Every partner is assigned a named safari specialist — a real person, not a call centre — who learns your clientele and answers within 24 hours.
Rapid quoting: Detailed, personalised proposals with imagery, maps and transparent pricing, delivered fast enough to keep your client warm.
In-travel support: Meet-and-greet on arrival, 24/7 emergency line, proactive monitoring of every departure, and immediate on-the-ground problem-solving.
Reputation security: Verified 5/5 SafariBookings rating and Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice status protect your reputation when you recommend us.

4. Commission & Earnings Structure
Exact commission levels and net rates are confidential and confirmed in your Partner Agreement. The framework below shows how earnings are structured.

Base rate

*Commission is calculated on the land arrangement value excluding third-party items where suppliers cap remuneration (e.g., scheduled international flights, gorilla/chimpanzee permits, government park fees and taxes), which are passed through at cost or at a reduced rate — always itemised transparently on your quote.
Earnings Rules
Commission applies to all components we contract and operate: accommodation, ground transport, internal flights, transfers, activities and excursions.
Commission is earned when the booking is fully paid and travelled (or fully paid and non-refundable, whichever comes first).
Commission is payable in USD by bank transfer, PayPal or M-Pesa within 30 days of client travel completion, against your invoice or our self-billing statement.
If a client cancels, commission applies only to any cancellation charges actually retained, at the same percentage.
Discounted, promotional or last-minute rates may carry adjusted commission, always disclosed at quote stage — no surprises after confirmation.
Repeat clients you introduce remain credited to you for all future bookings, provided your agency remains their booking channel.
How the Partnership Works: Booking Journey
Enquire. You send your client brief — dates, party size, interests, budget band, special occasions — by email, WhatsApp or our partner enquiry form. The more detail, the better the first proposal.
Receive your proposal. Your dedicated specialist responds within 24 hours with a tailor-made proposal: day-by-day itinerary, handpicked camps, imagery, and transparent pricing showing your commission or net rate.
Refine together. We revise the itinerary with you as many times as needed — camps, pacing, routing, upgrades — until it is exactly right for your client. There is no obligation at this stage.
Confirm with deposit. A deposit (typically 30%, or as specified where permits and peak-season space require more) secures all services. We confirm every element in writing with supplier confirmations available on request.
Final payment. Balance is due 60 days before travel (or per the quote for peak dates). We accept card, bank transfer, PayPal and M-Pesa; your clients can also pay us directly while your commission is protected.
Pre-travel documentation. Clients receive a full travel pack: final itinerary, vouchers, packing and health guidance, emergency contacts and our 24/7 line. You receive a copy of everything.
We deliver on the ground. Meet-and-greet on arrival, quality-checked vehicles and guides, proactive monitoring throughout, and immediate resolution of any on-ground issue — with you kept informed.
Follow-up & payment. Post-travel, we share guest feedback with you, settle your commission within 30 days, and log the client to your account for future credit.

All advertised pricing must be achievable; “from” prices must reflect a real, bookable departure.
Wildlife and community content must reflect responsible-tourism standards: no staged animal interactions, no imagery that undermines the dignity of local communities.
Sustainability claims about our safaris must match what we actually operate; ask us before publishing.
Either party may end the partnership with 30 days’ written notice; confirmed bookings are honoured to completion with commissions protected.
